Meet Jennifer Brodeur! Jenn is our Wedding/Social Events Coordinator here at 1620 Winery & Wine Bar. Jennifer graduated from Bridgewater State University with a degree in Communications and Management. She comes from a 10 year background in the service industry and has worked in many different Event & Sales Roles from booking to execution and day-of planning.

Jenn worked as a Sales intern with the team at Mirbeau Inn & Spa at the Pinehills and also participated in an internship with Event Planners of Plymouth. She also interned with the fundraising team at Norwell Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice which provided her with a strong background in fundraising events as well.

Having worked as a server and planner for many events & weddings, Jenn has gained a strong background behind the scenes as well as in the front of the house. She is sure to make your event flawless and special! She has the organization and creativity to make any event unique and will work with you to make your vision a reality for an unforgettable event.

Glen has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and service industry. He began working as a dishwasher at the age of 14 and has held almost every position as he worked his way into management. He has held managerial roles in both the service and retail industries, working for major corporations such as Gap Inc., Limited Brands, Starbucks, and Ethan Allen Furniture where he was able to utilize his management skills along with his passion for interior design. He is very detail oriented and prides himself on creating the ultimate experience for his clients and their guests. Glen received his Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from UMASS Amherst in 1995 and is also a Licensed Massage Therapist.

Since the Age of 14, Brent has worked his way through the kitchen as a dishwasher, line cook, to Sous Chef, now living his dream as Executive Chef and Owner of his own Catering Business.

Chef Brent Clark was inspired to begin a career in the culinary world while working in his home state of Pennsylvania. Trained and gained inspiration by Chef Benjamin Ash and Chef Greg Gable. After graduating from the Prestigious Culinary Arts Program at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Brent Clark then moved onward to hone his skills while working at the Four Seasons in Costa Rica and then at Cape Cod’s only Four-Star, Four Diamond Restaurant, Twenty-Eight Atlantic at Wequassett Resort.

Executive Chef Brent Clark is a fully engaged culinarian whose diverse cooking talents and deep passion for foo inspired his own creative menus at Alden Park, Plymouth, MA. With great pride and perseverance with setting goals and accomplishing his dream, Chef is now venturing into ownership by developing and designing a Custom Catering Company. Along with his catering company, his current position is Executive Chef of the 1620 Winery & Wine Bar where he executes customer tailored menu for all occasions at both 1620 locations.
