Jennifer Brodeur – General Manager

Meet Jenn — our incredible General Manager and Wedding Coordinator! Jenn has been part of the 1620 family for nearly nine years and has personally planned every wedding since we first opened our doors. From the first consultation to the last dance, she’s with our couples every step of the way, ensuring their day is seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable.

Her favorite part of the job? Watching months of planning come to life on the big day and collaborating with her amazing team to make it all happen. Outside of weddings, Jenn enjoys dabbling in photography, binging horror movies, and spending time with her adorable pup, Champagne.

Stephen Dickson – Executive Chef

Meet Steve, our talented Executive Chef at 1620 Winery! Steve’s culinary journey began humbly as a dishwasher, but his passion for cooking and relentless dedication propelled him through the ranks of the kitchen. That passion shines in every single dish he creates.

He thrives on challenges, especially crafting custom menus to make your big day unforgettable. His favorite wedding moment? The exhilarating rush of flawlessly executing dinner service.

In addition to leading our kitchen at 1620, Steve is also the Executive Chef at Sip, where he designs creative, upscale, seasonal menus and unique specials. With Steve at the helm, we can promise one thing—your wedding food will be nothing short of extraordinary.

Jacklyn Mellen – Event Manager

Meet Jacklyn! She’s our go-to gal for all non-wedding events here at 1620. Jacklyn’s been with us for four years — she started as a server and now plans and runs all our non-wedding fun. On wedding days, she’s also our head server, making sure everything goes off without a hitch for our couples! 

Her favorite wedding moment? When the couple walks back down the aisle — and she gets to hand them their first celebratory drink!

When she’s not making events happen, Jacklyn’s hanging out with her cats, Trixie and Phoebe, pulling tarot cards, and getting into all kinds of witchy things. She’s also a big reader, so send her your best book recs!
