First Course – Tomato Bisque with micro basil & grilled cheese croutons

Second Course – Stuffed Chicken Marsala with proscuitto, provolone cheese & fresh sage stuffed chicken breast smothered in creamy mushroom marsala sauce, accompanied with mashed potatoes & steamed asparagus

Third Course – Smore’s Cheesecake with graham cracker crust, toasted marshmallow cheesecake topped with a milk chocolate ganache
